Dear Mrs Peters, Kathy and Billy -

I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Peters. The world is a lesser place without him.

I will miss Louie so much. He was such a kind and caring neighbor who loved everybody. My condolences go out to his family and lovely wife. Rest in peace until we meet again my friend.
