I was very fortunate to have met Pearl and considered a friend of hers for some 30 years. Pearl always though she was so blessed and couldn't understand why so many people cared about her, but you know when you're so caring and giving of yourself as Pearl was it all comes right back to you. Pearl was a one of a kind person. She was precise, classy, honest. She never forgot a family birthday or anniversary. She always showed genuine concern and interest for our family, even during her last days when she was very sick.
She was old school and her word was gold. She took pride in everything she did. Pearl always seemed to view the glass as half full and always could find the good side of any situation or person. She was like family to us and will be forever missed by us all.
