Raymond J. Albert, 72, of Nashua, died at home on August 6, 2017. He was born on September 25, 1944 in Lowell, MA, son of the late Andrew and Claire (Letourneau) Albert. He enjoyed more than 30 years of marriage with his wife, Laurette (Paquette) Albert.

Raymond grew up and attended school in Lowell before joining the United States Marine Corps, which he served in for four years. He was a vintage car enthusiast and worked for Town Fair Tire.

Raymond enjoyed playing cards, especially Poker, something that he passed on to his son Adam. He loved to take walks with his wife and enjoyed rides with her in his restored 1956 Buick Convertible. A devoted husband who loved his wife immensely. Raymond was also a father, and grandfather who constantly thought about how much he loved them.

He leaves behind his sons, Jeffrey Albert and wife Kelly of Tyngsboro, MA; Adam Albert and wife Laura of Niverville, NY; grandchildren Lindsay, James and Levi Albert; brothers Armand Albert of Raymond, NH; Richard Albert of Lowell, MA; George Albert and wife Debbie of Venice, FL; and Dave Albert and wife Judy of Dracut, MA; as well as his aunts, Alice Tessier and Theresa Fortin, both of Lowell, MA and his Uncles, Omar Letourneau of Tyngsboro, MA and Andrew Letourneau of Virginia, as well as many extended family members.

Services will be held privately in accordance with Raymond's wishes.
