Elsie M. Puchacz, 92, formerly of Manchester, NH, passed away February 2, 2015 at Golden View Health Care Center in Meredith, NH.

Elsie was born August 5, 1922 in Belmont, MA, a daughter of Carl & Ellen (Carlson) Liljeholm and had resided in Manchester, NH for many years.

Elsie was a longtime member of the Order of Eastern Star as well as the White Shrine organization.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Russell Puchacz.

Family includes one daughter, Nancy Bodge and her husband, David, one son, David Puchacz and his wife, Mary; five grandchildren, Christine Bodge, Jennifer Dunleavy and her husband, Kevin, Matthew Bodge, Elizabeth Testa and her husband, Richard and Rebecca Puchacz; two great-grandchildren, Norah Dunleavy and Leah McClinton; as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside Service will be conducted on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery in Manchester, NH.

Memorial contributions may be sent to Bektash Shriners, 189 Pembroke Road, Concord, NH 03301.
