I got to know Alma when I worked with her on CICU.  I was learning to read monitor strips and was getting a little frustrated one day.  I asked her, "When do you get this?" She asked me how long I was doing it and I said about 6 months.  She told me to give it 10 years and that I was doing fine.  She was right.  We formed a bit of a partnership that day.  She'd help me with my monitor strips and I would call her docs for her and take orders--she was having a little trouble hearing on the phone.  It worked for us.  Thanks for your help Alma.
