Tribute & Message From The Family

Henriette A. (Beliveau) (Cote) LeBlanc, 99, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2018 at Hillsborough County Nursing Home. She spent her last hours surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Plessiville, Canada on May 19, 1918, the daughter of the late Alfred and Aurore (Levasseur) Beliveau.

A lifelong resident of Manchester, Mrs. LeBlanc had a long career in the area mills and was a member of Saint Augustine Church. She was a known card shark, an avid bingo player and loved her embroidery. She was married to Adelard Cote, who died in 1971, and later Aime LeBlanc, who died in 1987.

She leaves behind a daughter, Mrs. Bernard (Irene) Lavigne of Pinardville, many beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, who were the joys of her life. She also leaves behind one sister, Mrs. Yvette Tremblay of Canada, and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. She was predeceased by one daughter, Mrs. Rita Smith and one stepdaughter Mrs. Albert (Theresa) Brouillette, one brother and three sisters.

In lieu of flowers, Mrs. LeBlanc requested that prayers and kind gestures be offered to the staff of Hillsborough County Nursing Home's floor C3, who took such good care of her.

A memorial gathering will take place on Sunday, January 28th beginning at 12pm with a memorial service at 1pm at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH.

My condolences to the family. Her smiling ways I will remember and energy that was contagious! I did her hair and Cecile for many years when they lived at the Senior housing on Beech St. We had many laughs together. May she rest in peace.

I will always remember Aunt Henriette coming over with Aunt Cecille and my grandmother Germaine Deshaies. The three of them of them together was hilarious to watch and the stories they used to tell were endlessly interesting. Aunt Henriette had a lot of class and a fantastic sense of humor. God bless.
