Condolence & Memory Journal

I am very saddened to have just learned of Patrick's passing. I had the privilege of teaching both Travis and Colby in preschool many years ago in Penacook and getting to know this family. I send my deepest condolences and know that the entire Bettens family will be forever in my prayers!!

We were deeply saddened to learn of the tragic accident. Patrick was one of our former students & ran track for us at Orchard View. Patrick was a happy person with a beautiful smile, big heart, & positive attitude. He was loved by those he touched & will be deeply missed. Heartfelt condolences to the family.

I had the privilege of working with Pat for a few years before i retired, he truly was an inspiration. He will be deeply missed by all, but we will always have the great memories that Pat was always able to make with everyone he worked with.

Travis and Colby- you are in my thoughts and prayers. I will cherish having you at our house for pool parties and doing popcorn with your dad. He was an amazing friend and I know that you were his world.

Patrick had a huge heart and a zest for life. He was always ready for the next adventure. Patrick's smile was contagious, and on your worst day, you could never feel down in his presence. The depth at which he cared for others, and above all, his two boys, was exceptional. Patrick was all about living in the moment, and being spontaneous. I know his spirit will live on in all of us. Thank you for all our time together Patrick; you are sorely missed.

So sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine the pain you are all going thru. I plan to attend. I did not know him, although he was a fellow triathlete and Concord YMCA member. Praying for family, friends, and colleagues
