Mrs Carr, John & Tracy, The whole family is saddened by the passing of Mr Carr. We loved him. Such a kind sole. Always had time to talk with each of us. Always smiling and happy. HE had such a way with people and dogs alike. The dog whisperer! He will be missed in the neighborhood. God bless, THe Ferland Family
