My deepest condolences to Carol and sons, Kevin and Eric.
I had the privilege of working with Kevin at Manchester Family Health Center and Family Physicians of Manchester. He was an excellent diagnostician and his patients loved him. He would never refuse seeing an extra patient at the end of a long day. May he rest in peace, knowing that he gave the best of himself to those in need.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Kevin. He was a wonderful PA and both my husband and I went to him for years at The Manchester Family Health Center. My sister was a nurse there also and worked with him many years. I always remember her complimenting him and saying he was one doctor that she truly trusted with her life. He really cared about his patients and we always felt that we were in good hands. I also enjoyed chatting with him in the office about his two sons since I had them both in second grade.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and hope all your special memories will help you through this difficult time......

"I am saddened to hear of Kevin's passing. Kevin was a great PA and a great mentor for me as I became more involved in our PA state society and then with the NH Board of Medicine. He along with other pioneer PAs paved a path for PAs in NH. He was respected by many! Prayers to his family in this sad time."

Condolences to Kevin’s loved ones. He was my healthcare provider for years growing up and continued through the next generation treating my son as well. I miss that secure feeling of having someone who doesn’t treat you like just another number. Rest easy Kevin.

Our condolences to the Costin family. Kevin was a great clinician and always provided our son Liam top notch, compassionate care. Additionally, as a pharmaceutical sales representative Kevin was always willing to share his valuable time with me on a regular basis. We will miss your friendship, advice, wit, and sense of humor. We will keep you and the Costin family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Kevin had undeniably excellent diagnostic skills, even better than most MDs with whom he worked (BC). He was good with people of all ages. He listened to his patients’ concerns with empathy, and offered reasonable solutions and made many people’s healthcare experiences better!
Did he have a struggle here and there? Oh yes, but he carried on with dignity.
