Tribute & Message From The Family

Janet Biron, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH after a brief and sudden illness. She was born on November 20, 1938 in Manchester, the daughter of the late Albert and Irene (Cossette) Biron. She was a lifelong resident of the Queen City.

Janet was a very skilled crafter and especially enjoyed crocheting blankets for newborn children. When she was not crafting, she enjoyed baking and cooking with her nieces on Sunday afternoons. Janet was a beloved caregiver for many in her family and close friends. She was always there to lend a hand to those in need. She loved animals and donated to several animal protection groups. Janet was a devout Catholic and would frequent the Precious Blood Monastery to pray and reflect. Janet had a deep bond with her great niece, Courtney. The pair spent the majority of their time together trying new recipes, going for walks on the beach, playing skee-ball and Hungry Hungry Hippos at the arcade, and antiquing. Janet will be missed by the so many lives she touched.

In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her brothers Fred Biron, Robert Biron, and a sister Gloria Biron Miller.

Janet is survived by her niece Terry Lemaire and her husband Bill Hicks of Manchester and her Great niece Courtney Rogers and her fiancé Jesse Kritzberger of Manchester. Janet is also survived by her sisters-in- law, Elaine Biron, of Raymond, NH and Dora Biron, of St Louis, MO along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Janet will be laid to rest at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester. All services will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Janet's name are encouraged to be sent to the Precious Blood Monastery, 700 Bridge St., Manchester, NH 03104 or the Granite State Dog Recovery, 7 Dartmouth St., Hooksett, NH 03106.
