Alice Louise (Button) Meier of Danville, NH died on January 9, 2021 with her daughters at her side. She was 87. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, William Carl Meier, who passed away in October of 2015. She was also predeceased by her brother Henry Franklin Button and sisters Jeanne Hopkins and Elenor Brown.

Alice was born in Schaghticoke, NY to the late Howard F. Button and Elenor (Lake) Button. She graduated from Mechanicville High School in 1950 and attended SUNY in Canton, NY. Alice and her husband Bill raised their daughters Susan and Karen in Georgetown, MA. They built a log cabin in 1972 in East Wakefield, NH and moved there full time following their retirement. In 1994 they moved to Beverly Hills, FL where they enjoyed many more happy years together. They moved back to NH in 2013 to be close to family.

What Alice enjoyed most was spending time with her family. She also enjoyed quilting, knitting, crocheting and doing ceramics.
