We first met Shirley and Paul when we purchased the house right aside them on the river. In our short time living on the river they became good friends. Paul was a very knowledgeable person and gave me lots of tips on how to fix's things at our cottage. As others have said he was very helpful and giving. We had many good times with Paul and Shirley riding on the pontoon boat or just sitting on the porch talking. What great memories we have of Paul. Prayers for Shirley and the family. Paul Sorel might have not been my Dad. But as close as you could to get to one. He was a mentor and a friend. He helped me and encourage me when needed. He will be missed so much by me and my family. I love him so. May you rest in peace my ole friend (dad) and may the lights shine apon you. Now you can rest without the pain. Until we meet again, love ya, your so Peter Martell. To my Mom Shirley Sorel and the Sorel family my deepest sympathy goes out to all.
