Florence gave her family a great gift in her last days of life. She invited us to be with her every step of the way from hospital to the Hospice House in Concord, NH. Thank you to all who touched our lives. FR Felix Udoh (SNH Regional Med Ctr.) started our journey with the sacrament of the sick. Gratitude and joy and a deep appreciation for each other grew during the week we spent at the hospice house. The quiet and peaceful room gave the family time to reflect over Mom's life history. She is a beautiful person, loved family, and enjoyed dinner out, dancing, and music. She will live on in many memories that are now part of who we have become. The family is so appreciative for the time spent at the hospice house and have decided to request any memorial gifts be forwarded to the Concord Regional VNA Hospice House, 240 Pleasant ST, Concord NH 03301. Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium is assisting the family with arrangements. For more information or to leave a message of condolence please go to www.phaneuf.net
