Alice J. Farrar, 80, of Manchester, NH, passed away March 26, 2016 at Bedford Hills Health Care Center.
Alice was born October 17, 1935 in Concord, NH, a daughter of Elbert & Iva (Floyd) Farrar and had been a Manchester resident for most of her life.
Alice was a longtime active member of the Salvation Army.
Family includes three sisters, Beulah Ashe, Mary Potts and Priscilla LePage; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Cate & Johnson Funeral Home, 573 Pine Street, corner of Harrison Street in Manchester.
Graveside Service will be conducted on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at Holbrook Cemetery in Candia, NH.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the Salvation Army, 121 Cedar Street, Manchester, NH 03103.
