Ethel L. Smith, 81, of Manchester, NH, passed away March 21, 2016 at Belknap County Health Care Center in Laconia, NH.
Ethel was born April 26, 1934 in Manchester, NH and was a lifelong resident of this community.
Prior to retirement, she was employed with the Jac Pac Company.
Ethel’s love for her family was at the center of her life.
Family includes one daughter, Karen Poirier and her husband, Paul; one step-son, David Lacaillade; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and one sister, Neleva DeGregoria. Ethel was pre-deceased by her son, Bryon Miller.
Calling hours will be Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Cate & Johnson Funeral Home, 573 Pine Street, corner of Harrison Street in Manchester.
Prayer Service will be offered on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in Cate & Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Pine Hill Cemetery in Dover, NH.
Memorial contributions may be sent to an Animal Shelter Program of one’s choice.
