Frederika Kalampalikis, 71, of Rye, NH passed away after a long illness on April 27, 2017 surrounded by her family.

Rika was born on May 22, 1945 in Porti, Greece, the daughter of Costas and Aphrodite Spirou and had been a resident of Manchester, NH for 57 years.

Prior to retirement, Rika was employed in the food service department of SNHU for over 25 years.

Rika will be most remembered for her love of family and cherished time spent with her grandchildren.

Family members include her loving husband of 51 years Lazaros; three children, Hilias Kalampalikis, Paraskeve Kalampalikis and her husband Michael, and Eleni Wenners and her husband Douglas; grandchildren, Caroline, Elizabeth, Ryan, Jonathan and Eleanor; her brothers, Athanasios Spirou, Chris Spirou, and Stan Spirou; several beloved brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, cousins and loving extended family.

Calling hours will be Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Manchester, NH.

Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Assumption Church, followed by a private burial as requested by the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ladies Philoptochos Society of Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 111 Island Pond Road, Manchester, NH 03109.

Cate & Johnson Funeral Service of Manchester is directing arrangements.
