Tillie Papageorge, 92, of Manchester, NH, passed away February 11, 2017 in Manchester.

Tillie was born June 7, 1924 in Haverhill, MA, a daughter of Peter & Jane (Kesaris) Kalogeropoulos and had been a Manchester resident for many years.

She was a graduate of Haverhill (MA) High School and New Hampshire College.

Prior to retirement, Tillie was a Supervisor with the State of NH Department of Health & Human Services.

Tillie very much enjoyed reading as well as cooking Greek food for her family and friends.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, George A. Papageorge.

Family includes four children, Elaine Hasevlat and her husband, Bob, Elphis Papageorge and her friend, Mike Pothier, Jane Papageorge and the late Arthur Papageorge; four grandchildren, Greg Hasevlat and his wife, Amanda, Adam Papageorge, Jared Nelson and his wife, Anna and Cynthia Nelson and her husband, Peter; one great-granddaughter, Sophia Hasevlat; as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will beThursday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Manchester.

Funeral Service will be conducted onThursday at 11:00 a.m. in Assumption Church. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Manchester.
